We provide a digital technology platform enabling independent third-party vendors, artisans, manufacturers, and sellers ("Sellers") to list, offer, and sell gifting items directly to consumers.

  2. Intermediary Role: Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, THE MALL OF GIFTS PRIVATE LIMITED functions as an intermediary. Unless explicitly specified otherwise on a product page (e.g., items directly sold by the company), contracts for sale are entered into directly between the consumer and the respective third-party Seller.

  3. Seller Information Display: Information regarding third-party Sellers—including their legal entity name, registered address, GSTIN, country of origin, and customer support channels—is made available on their respective store profile pages and individual product listings on the platform.

If you are an IP owner or authorized brand agent and believe that a product listing uploaded by a Seller on our platform infringes your Trademark, Copyright, or Design rights:

  1. Please email a written Notice of Infringement to customerservice@themallofgifts.com.

  2. Include: Proof of ownership/authorization, identification of the infringed work, and direct product URLs.

  3. Upon validation, THE MALL OF GIFTS PRIVATE LIMITED will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material as prescribed by Indian IT laws.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and all site interactions on www.themallofgifts.com are governed by and constructed under the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
